What’s good E.T Fam? Today has been going very well. The market is still in green and sentiments seem to be pretty upbeat. While all seems well, I’d still recommend for everyone to exercise a bit of cautious optimism. A bounce is always a good thing, but it’s important to remember that a bounce doesn’t automatically mean that there is a recovery on the immediate horizon. During times such as these, whales take the opportunity to play whale games.
So, we have to always consider the possibility that this could just be another bull trap. Outside of whales, there are also other valid reasons to remain cautious. We’re still waiting to see how Biden’s most recent executive order will play out, plus there are some Fed decisions to be made in March that could have an effect on the market. With that being said, for those that have smaller accounts and have been experiencing agony from the dip, they should use this bounce as an opportunity to exercise a little de-risking.
